Exchange and return of Christmas gifts

We know that estimating the correct size or matching the recipient's taste is sometimes a real challenge (if you don't dare to do this, you can give the recipient a gift card ).

In the event that you do not succeed, we have extended the possibility of returning and exchanging goods purchased as a Christmas gift.

Christmas gifts purchased from November 10 to December 24 in our Zdravé tričko.cz e-shop can be returned or exchanged easily and free of charge until 18. January 2023 .

• In the event of an exchange, we will exchange the goods for the desired size, model or color.

• In the case of a return, you will receive a Gift Card in the value of the returned goods. The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of creation and applies to all goods in the e-shop www.zdravetricko.cz. We will email you the gift card after we have processed the return.

The option to exchange goods for free within 30 days of receipt continues to apply. You can therefore safely send back goods received on, for example, December 20 until January 20. Information on standard returns and exchanges can be found here >>

Delivery by Christmas

For orders that will be completed by 20/12/2022 , we guarantee delivery by Christmas Day.
