- You can choose from more than 9,000 delivery points throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia .
- Pickup is usually possible the next day after shipping.
- Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number .
- When your package is in place, the Post Office will send you an SMS and an e-mail .
- To pick up your order, you only need the password that you will receive in SMS and e-mail .
- The package will be waiting for you for 7 days at the delivery point and 3 days in the Z-box.

Delivery to an address in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Delivery to the address is free for orders over 2,000 CZK (80 €) .
- For orders up to 2,000 CZK (80 €), the price for shipping is 99 CZK .
The delivery driver will personally deliver the parcel to your hands, to any address in the Czech Republic or Slovakia . Newly, delivery to the address is entirely under their control, so that it is even better and faster. Welcome the driver in red with the Zásilkovna logo at the door.
