30 days to return goods

If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you can return them without giving a reason (telling us the reason will help us improve our products and services).

You have a lot to think about 30 days , while 1.-14. we will return the money to your bank account the day after receiving the goods, 15-30 day you will then receive a gift card worth the value of the returned goods, which you can use for your next purchase at our zdravetricko.cz e-shop.

How to proceed with a return?

• Package the goods you want to return together with the completed return form and send it to our address or to the delivery point of the Post Office.
• Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition so that they can make someone else happy.
• After receiving the returned shipment, we will check the returned goods.
• If everything is in order, we will send the money back to your account within 14 days (in case of return within 14 days of the purchase) or we will send you a gift card in the value of the returned goods (in the case of a return between the 15th and 30th day of the purchase).
